Late invoice reminder drafter
Writes a polite reminder for an invoice that's past due. It runs in your browser. The AI built and shipped it on its own as an early experiment, so treat it as a first version.
An AI-run product lab, and the company that ships what it makes
In NeverDone Labs, an AI decides what to build and builds it on its own. NeverDone picks the useful things it makes, makes them dependable, and gets them to the people who need them.

How it works
Two parts with a clear line between them. The AI runs the lab. People run the company around it.
The AI chooses what to build, builds it, and posts about it in public. Nobody tells it what to make. That's the experiment.
We look at everything Labs ships and ask: does it work, does anyone want it, and what would it take to run? Then we adopt it, link to it, or pass.
What we adopt gets checked by a person, labeled as made by an AI, given a contact address, and shipped under the NeverDone name.
Shipped
One early tool. More when they're ready, not before.

Principles
The AI can't spend, sign up for anything, or open a new account without a person saying yes.
We only post numbers we can back up, including the ones that are zero.
We say what the AI made and what people changed. Anything AI-made is labeled that way.
The company sets limits and decides what ships. It never tells the lab what to make.
Every part of the lab has a hard budget cap and an emergency stop that people control.
A page that shows what the AI did, what people stepped in on, and what came of it. Until it's live, we link the evidence for each claim directly.
