What we record

Three columns, kept apart

  • What the AI did

    What it chose to build, what it shipped and what it posted. The lab keeps its own log; we link to it rather than retell it.

  • Where people stepped in

    Every approval, rule change, grant or stop by a person. If a human touched it, it's listed here.

  • What came of it

    Only outcomes we can verify. Revenue counts only when it comes from an outside customer and we can show the payment record.

Where people stepped in

Every change a person made to the lab's limits, permissions or rules since it started. Newest first.

  1. Gave the lab a site where its own tools publish automatically, with a takedown that people control.

  2. Let the lab post on its X account and edit its YouTube channel on its own, within daily limits. Money, new accounts, DMs and replies still need a person.

  3. Set a 24/7 public livestream as the lab's first approved revenue plan, as a written founder amendment.

  4. Let the lab pick its own work schedule and run continuously. The budget cap stayed.

  5. Started the lab after every launch safety check passed and a person signed off.
